COPYRIGHT (DMCA) POLICY

Map Ranks Pro, LLC (“Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Partners, Members, and Users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

2. Notice of Infringement Requirements

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, your notification must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its specific location (URL) on our platform;

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

  5. A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location;

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a "good faith belief" the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Bexar County, Texas if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Map Ranks Pro may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, it is the policy of Map Ranks Pro, LLC to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Disclaimer

Map Ranks Pro, LLC acts as a service provider (Platform) and does not independently verify the ownership of content submitted by users. We respond to notices in good faith in accordance with the DMCA to maintain "Safe Harbor" protections.
